Welcome to Business Contact Network (BCN). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BCN mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using BCN, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BCN. By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

Certain features require account registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

All activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Use of the Services

BCN is intended for professional and business networking purposes only.

You agree not to:

Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Misuse, disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Services.

Upload misleading, infringing, or unlawful content.

Use BCN to spam, harass, or violate privacy rights of others.

4. Business Card & Contact Information

BCN provides tools to scan, organize, and manage business contact information.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to store, use, and process any contact data.

BCN does not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or ownership of any information stored by users.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

Payments are processed securely via Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and/or certified third-party payment gateways.

BCN does not store payment card details.

Subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the applicable app store or payment provider policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All BCN trademarks, software, logos, and content are the exclusive property of BCN or its licensors.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Data & Privacy

Use of BCN is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, stored, and protected using secure cloud infrastructure and industry-standard safeguards.

8. No Warranty

BCN is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Data stored will be accurate, complete, or always available.

The platform will meet your specific business needs.

9. Refund Policy

9.1 Refunds & Cancellations
BCN offers subscription-based services that may be billed and managed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and/or certified third-party payment gateways.

9.2 Apple App Store
All payments, cancellations, and refunds for subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store are handled exclusively by Apple.
BCN does not have access to Apple’s billing systems and cannot issue refunds on Apple’s behalf.
To request a refund, manage, or cancel a subscription purchased through Apple, users must follow Apple’s official procedures via their Apple ID account.

9.3 Google Play Store
Subscriptions purchased via the Google Play Store are subject to Google’s refund and cancellation policies.
Refund requests must be submitted directly through Google Play and are processed in accordance with Google’s applicable terms.
BCN is not able to override or independently process refunds for Google Play purchases.

9.4 Third-Party Payment Gateways
Where subscriptions are purchased via approved third-party payment gateways, refunds (if applicable) will be handled in accordance with the terms presented at checkout and applicable law.
Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

9.5 General Conditions
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly permitted by the relevant app store or payment provider.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for any ongoing or completed billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BCN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

BCN is not responsible for loss of data, loss of business, loss of contacts, reputational damage, or missed opportunities.

BCN assumes no liability for decisions, actions, or outcomes based on information stored or accessed through the platform.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to BCN in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

BCN may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose legal, security, or operational risks.
Users may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes become effective upon publication with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of BCN constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on BCN’s place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
